项目一:搭建 AMG 社媒内容体系
- 先调研 agency 的市场定位,再从零梳理内容现状(我入职的时候,完全没有可持续的社媒运营体系)
- 设计了三大内容支柱框架:固定栏目包括幕后花絮、艺术家专访、每周精选,保证内容节奏感;同时配套完整的话题标签和发布节奏策略,全部基于充分调研和竞品对标。
- 我自己新增了第四大支柱:Expert Insights 专家洞察——一个思想领导力访谈系列。四个主题方向和所有访谈问题都是我产出的,够 16 周的原创内容,视频也由我制作。
- 基于团队提供的素材,我负责 AMG 自有账号的内容撰写和排期发布。

- 把同一套内容支柱体系重新适配新平台和新受众:周一行业干货、周三专家洞察(改成 B2B 语气)、周五客户成果汇总
- 规划了三阶段上线节奏:先打基础建信任,再稳定更新 + 定向触达,最后做长文思想领导力内容。
- 这套策略是我离职前设计的,没等到完全落地看到效果。

第一阶段:基础搭建
第 1-4 周:完善公司主页、关于板块;从 Instagram 高赞内容改编 5 条帖子首发。

第 5-12 周:三大内容支柱每周稳定更新,每周 3 条;同时定向触达经纪公司管理者、A&R 和独立音乐人。
第三阶段:思想领导力
双周发布长文内容——案例拆解和行业观点——根据主页访问数据持续优化方向。
项目三:用 Notion 重构公司内部运营系统
- 重新设计了整个公司的内部工作系统
- 不止是重构,我还规划了更深层的自动化和 AI 整合(自动同步会议纪要、Slack 双向同步、自动归档、跨数据库客户视图、邮件自动入库等)
- 系统一上线便投入使用,使所有工作都能标准化复用
客户项目
除了 AMG 自有社媒运营,我还全程负责另外 10+ 客户的内容运营和物料制作,覆盖音乐、公益、法律、消费品牌等多个领域。
无论是对内还是对外,把体系搭对了,内容自然就顺了。
